Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals Co., Ltd which specializes in manufacturing diketene and its derivatives is the largest diketene manufacturer at home. The quality of the diketene of which the output amounts to 30,000MT/Y comes up to international standard with the content of 99%.

Through close cooperation with many universities and research institutes for many years, Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals research institute has continuously developed out new derivatives of diketene. The Acesulfame-K developed out by Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals research institute and into production in 1996 is mainly exported. Now its output reaches 1000T/Y. Other new products are tobe into production one by one.

By the endeavor of our staff, our company has passed the ISO9002 authentication by SGS, and the ISO14001 autherntication by the china academy of scientific research of environment, also gotten the star-k Kosher certificate for Acesulfame-K.

January of 1992 first Diketene line with the annual capacity of 1, 000 tons put into production.
June of 1995 the former factory transformed into new Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals Co.,
Ltd., meanwhile got the independent self-managing import and export right.
August of 1996          Acesulfame-k put into production.
October of 1997        got three patents of Diketene.
December of 1998   passed the authentication of ISO9002 quality management system by SGS.
Junuary of 1999        the research institute of Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals Co., Ltd founded.
February of 1999      Acesulfame-K line with annual capacity of 300 tons put into production.
September of 1999 passed Star-k Kosher certification.
October of 1999       got the award of Jiangsu Province large and medium size town enterprise
management qualified enterprise.
November of 1999  the annual production capacity of Diketene expanded to 10,000 tons, since
then our company has become the largest Diketene manufacturer in China.
January of 2000       became the member of APEC China Enterprises' Assembly.
February of 2000     the technology center of Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals Co., Ltd. founded and put into operation.
March of 2000          Acesulfame-K line with annual production capacity of 600 tons put into
production.
September of 2000 awarded as Jiangsu new and high technology enterprise.
October of 2000       passed the authentication of environment protection ISO14000.
May of 2001              established the Zhangjiagang Hope International Trade Co., Ltd. in
Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone.
November of 2001  the success of high purity Ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate put into trial production
and then into massive production.
March of 2002          the heat power plant of Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals Co., Ltd. put into construction.
March of 2003          issued the patent rights related to Acesulfame-K production.
August of 2003        Acesulfame-K line with annual production capacity of 1, 000 tons put into production.
July of 2004             the heat power plant of Zhangjiagang Hope Chemicals Co., Ltd. put into operation.
May of 2005             the annual production capacity of Diketene expanded to 30,000 tons with 22 production lines.
May of 2005             Acesulfame-K line with annual production capacity of 1, 0000 tons put into production.
June of 2005           awarded as the State new and high technology enterprise.
